Early comics, part 2
Another comic I drew for my dad. I didn't draw this one in a fit of rage; I think I was just being a dick. (Note the unnecessary depiction of his big ears.)

Early comics
I found a folder full of these comics I drew for my dad when I was nine or ten. I mostly used the medium to express my discontent with what I perceived to be his favoritism towards my older sister, Jennie. I would draw these in a childish rage and slip them under his door.

It was around this time that I decided that comics were the best way to express my emotions and get them heard.

I was in a coffee shop the other day and, for lack of other reading material, picked up this free magazine insert featuring "Successful, Powerful, & Amazing Men!" or something like that. (I wish I'd made a note of the actual title, because it was pretty good.) The pictures inside were something to behold, a veritable rogues' gallery of a very specific type of Thai dude. I ended up sketching them all.
